Impulsive Decision Making + Reading = Gianna's Library!

I tend to be a bit impulsive at times. And as you may have guessed, my name is in fact, Gianna.

I am not going to lie, Gianna's Library is not something that I thought very long and hard about prior to its creation. At 20 years old, ideas like this are constantly popping into my head, yet for some reason, the idea of creating a reading blog intrigued me enough to follow through and make one. Despite the spontaneous creation of Gianna's Library, I will say that I am ecstatic to begin my blogging journey and hope that I am able to reach individuals that share common interests with me! Lovers of fantasy, romance, mystery, and comedic contemporary, welcome!

I have loved reading since I was a little girl and have always struggled to find groups and people that shared the same deep-rooted love for reading that I have. As a result of this struggle to find my niche, I sometimes find myself becoming isolated because of my reading, so I created Gianna's Library with the intention of sharing my thoughts and feelings on the books that I read, in hopes that I can create a community where we can all share our perspectives and emotions! Along with this, I consider speed reading to be one of my greatest skills, and because of this, I hope that I can share a wide variety of reads with you all on my blog. It can be hard to find authentic book reviews because, in reality, no one wants to be the bad guy and say they truly didn't enjoy a book. Here at Gianna's Library, I hope to share the good, the great, the bad, and the ugly when it comes to reading!

Aside from book recommendations and reviews, I also hope to gush about my favorite fan art, conspire about possible TV/movie adaptations, share my favorite reading playlists, review bookish items (I am planning on splurging on bookish candles soon), and debate possible theories for upcoming books. While I do not consider my photography skills to even reach mediocre levels, I also hope to share some images of my favorite reads and bookshelf organization! Along with this, as a junior at Virginia Tech, I want to share some of my study and organizational tips for surviving undergrad!

I know this is a brief start, but I can't wait to start sharing my reads with you all!

Read on, and enjoy!
